Bernadette King, who created The Ark Animal Tarot and Oracle Deck, paired this gorgeous bird up with the King of Swords. The King of Swords is ruled by Gemini with a third of Taurus throw in for good measure. The keywords on the card from The Ark Animal Tarot are ‘Truth, Final Authority, Brilliant Mind’. In Tarot the King of Swords has keywords such as ‘routine, rational, logical, power, integrity, detached, military, legal matters and father’ attached to it. Geminis get a bad wrap and probably because of a lot of the attributes attached to them like ‘restless, superficial, manipulative, tense, irritable, ambivalent and callous’.
