Our animal ally this blog is Hummingbird. If you have ever been in the presence of a live hummingbird flitting around I am sure you felt something spectacular and amazing buzzing inside of you. These gorgeous beings are connected to the Four of Wands in The Ark Animal Tarot Deck from Bernadette King. ‘Homecoming, rest after labor and nirvana’ are the key words on the Ark card as you can see here. The Four of Wands in Tarot has keywords such as, but not limited to, ’community, home, celebrations, reunions, parties, gatherings and stability’. It was often referred to as the ‘wedding card’ too. The tarot card is ruled by Venus (love, money, charm, beauty, sensual and social) and Aries (initiates, assertive and active). How appropriate are these keywords for Hummingbird?
